2. If New Era publication house fails to ship the ordered products.

No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy. The refund process will start from 31stday of order and it will take a minimum of 10 more days there after. No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that they don’t like it after they get the delivery of the product or feel the product doesn’t match their expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address
2. After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
3. Package refused by recipient.

New era publishing house does not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.

1. Exchange requests will be entertained only in case our products received by the buyer are in damaged condition. Only damaged products will be considered for return and exchange thereafter.
2. Buyer has to inform New era publishing house of their intention to exchange the broken / damaged products within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at their shipping address.

We try to ship all orders within 5-6 business days. Tracking numbers, if available, will be automatically e-mailed on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
